medusacars.com is an independent car rental agency located in Kusadasi Turkey, providing a comprehensive car hire service both locally and worldwide via the internet for visitors to Turkey. Through our network of car hire suppliers based in most of Turkey’s beach resorts, towns and major cities we can provide our customers with a reliable and efficient service. Medusacars.com was launched in early 2005 in Kusadasi Turkey, and since then has been building a reputation for providing our customers with a quality car hire service at competitive prices. We are constantly updating our web site information and improving our online reservation system to guarantee our customers a secure, efficient method of customizing and booking their car hire requirements when visiting Turkey. Our aim is to provide our customers with the best car hire experience in Turkey. Customer satisfaction is our number one priority.
Guide to making your reservation
Booking via internet :
By inputting your requirements on our home page, we are able to list the models and different classes of cars we can provide at your selected location. After choosing your preferred car, on the following pages you fill in our reservation form that includes your personal details, billing address information, car delivery requirements and any other requests you may have. Once we receive your car hire booking form we will send you a reply confirming your booking and include all the information that you will need to know.
Payment :
medusacars.com uses PAYPAL payment system. Once you made your car rental booking, we will ask you to migrate to PAYPAL website and make the payment. After finishing your payment at secure site, we will display your “reservation voucher” and this form must held at the time of pick up the vehicle. Deposit payment is not refundable.
Deposit :
For insurance purposes a damage deposit, via a credit card, will be required at time collecting the car. This will be refunded when the vehicle has been returned.
Canceling or modifying your reservation :
Our web site does not currently offer a reservation cancellation or modification facility, but if you would like to cancel or amend your booking all you have to do is send us your change request quoting your booking reference number which you will find on the booking confirmation reply we have sent you. We will send you by return e mail confirmation that your change request has been received and processed.
Safety of your information :
When you register to use medusacars.com, you will be asked to create a password. It is your responsibility to choose a secure password. You must keep this password confidential and must not disclose it to or share it with anyone. YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE for all activities that occur under your password. If you know or suspect that someone else knows your password you should notify us immediately. The supplier will not be responsible for any abuse of passwords.
What is included in our price ?
In most locations, the medusacars.com price includes:
•Unlimited km.
•Third party insurance
•PAI: Personal accident insurance for passengers (not driver) in the rented car
•CDW: Collision damage waiver with no excess
•FDW: Full Damage Waiver with no excess
•Theft waiver with no excess
•Fire insurance with no excess
•18% local taxes
•Additional driver (on request)
•Baby / child / booster seat are available. (on request). This must be requested when you make your booking)
The rental period is calculated on a 24-hour basis, but you may return the car up to 3 hour late without being charged for an additional day. A late return of more than 3 hour is calculated as an additional day.
One way rental (drop off the car different location than pick up location) :
One way rental is possible with an extra fee. Please contact to us for fees and more details.
Can the vehicle be delivered and/or collected ?
The vehicle can be delivered to or collected from the airport, bus terminal, hotel or to your holiday address for 24 hours a day, so please state your required delivery or collection points on your reservation form.
Driver`s license and age limits :
Minimum age requirement is 21 with at least one years valid driving license.
Traffic fines :
Legal responsibilities resulting from traffic violations that incur during the rental period are charged to the renter.
The fuel policy :
Some of our car hire provider will provide the car with a full tank of fuel and you will need to return the car full. (Most will take a security deposit for the fuel from you when collecting the car). If you do not return the car full then they will charge you a local rate for refuelling along with a refuelling charge. And some of our car hire provider will provide the car empty tank of fuel and you will need to full the tank and return the car with the same level of fuel you have taken.
Important notes :
In case of an accident, the vehicle must not be moved from the accident site and the accident and alcohol reports must be obtained from the nearest police or gendarme station in order to have the insurance of Collision Damage Waiver remain valid.
